We have developed many Import substitute components for customers, who have collaboration with overseas companies. Our Aluminium Alloy Casting is being exported to USA, Germany, Indonesia and Italy. We can develop Aluminium Alloy Metal Casting at reasonable price with good quality and prompt delivery schedule. Moreover, we are reckoned as one of the prominent Alloy Bearing Brackets Suppliers and Exporters from India. Aluminium castings are manufactured using skilled manpower. Castings are supplied with Test certificates for Chemical Composition and Physical properties.

Alloy Specifications:

We are using various types of aluminium alloys as per IS, DIN, ASTM, JIS standards. The aluminium castings can be supplied in Fully Heat Treated condition.

Regularly Used Alloys:

1.IS specification: A4, A6, A9.

2.BS Specification: LM 4, LM 6, LM 9, LM 25

3.DIN: AlSi 7 Mg, AlSi 10 Mg, Al Si 12, Al Si 12 (Cu)

4.ASTM Standard: 319.0,413. 0,360.0,356.0, etc

Casting Size:

We have facilities to manufacture castings weighing from 0.5 to 15Kg per Single piece. 

Manufacturing Capacity:

We have got installed capacity to make 30 Ton of Aluminium castings per month and we are manufacturing 15 Ton per month. We are having plans to expand our manufacturing capacity considering the wide scope of requirement for Aluminium castings for Domestic and Export requirements.

Tool Room Facilities:

1.We have in house Tool room facilities to manufacture Gravity Die casting Tools.

2.CAD, CAM facilities are used for Tool making. We have all types of Measuring Instruments and Gauges, duly calibrated, for ensuring Quality.

3.The tools are manufactured with better accuracy and longer Tool life.

Export Activities:
